Summer Fields Sweater – Knit Pattern

The Summer Fields Sweater was inspired by the chill evenings of Summer and the warm, and at the same time cold, days of Spring.
The sweater is made to be comfortable and great to wear on top of shirts, dresses and even dungarees.
It’s worked from the top down, so you will start from the neck with a yoke, and you don’t have to sew any parts. The sleeves are worked for last from the stitches put on hold.
Don’t worry if it’s seems a bit complicated, there are pictures to help you.

Long (from the underarm) 31 cm/12.2 inches 36 cm/14.1 inches
Arms Long (from the underarm) 36 cm/14.1 inches 42 cm/29.9 inches
Circumference 24 cm/9.4 inches 32 cm/12.6 inches
Back (long) 54 cm/21.2 inches 60 cm/23.6 inches

Materials:
Yarn: 7 8 of Bomull-Lin, I use the shades 20 grey blue and 03 light beige.
Circular Needles: US 8/ Uk 6/ 5.00mm circular needles

Gauge:
4” x 4” / 10 x 10 cm = 20 sts x 23 rows

What you need to know:
Knit, purl
Seed stitch
Make 1 left/right
