Shipment

Timing

The time it takes me to prepare an order varies from product to product. To know the details, read the description of the single object.

Shipping time

From 3 to 5 days, but it depends on the shipping method of the single item.

Customs

In case of purchase outside of Italy, customs fees are charged to the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have a problem with an order you can contact me within 14 days of receiving the package and I will try to resolve the problem.

After payment, I do not accept cancellations.

The only costs payable by the Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

The return of the goods must in any case take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation.
